Management

LightWorks Optics’ deep and experienced management team focuses on the growth and success of our operations.

To that end, LightWorks Optics adopted a Board of Directors in 2008 to foster its transition to an ESOP-managed entity.

Our Management Team:

• Dan Barber, CEO
  As CEO, Dan is responsible for the success and direction of LightWorks Optics.  Dan is one of the three original founders.
  
  
• Eric D’Ippolito, Director of Program Management
  Eric is responsible for managing and planning the wide range of programs at the Tustin headquarters. 
  
  He has extensive product development and production experience as the VP Engineering at Perkin-Elmer/OCA Applied Optics, the Technology Director at Corning Advanced Photonic Technologies and the General Manager/Program Director at Zygo Optical Systems.
